Kristin’s approach to health is holistic – acknowledging that stress, exercise, sleep as well as diet can all strongly impact health and nutrition status. Coming from a Greek family, her family’s love for food developed and inspired her to become a Dietitian and help others. She has hands-on experience working with chronic disease, weight management and mental health. Her aim is to help you exceed your nutrition goals through personalised nutrition strategies that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Kristin’s interests include sustainable weight¬†management, gut health, food allergies and intolerances, and mental health. Strong interests in health and physical fitness drew her towards competitive sports and teaching reformer pilates classes. In her spare time you’ll find her outdoors with friends exploring national parks, having picnics, walking her dog and visiting the beach.
